Ari and Jahvon | Timeless and Elegant Outdoor Wedding in Augusta, GA

I first met Ari and Jahvon last July when they booked a lake mini session with me. Their session was so romantic, and felt like a Pinterest vision board coming to life! They were both so natural in front of the camera and in their interactions with each other. I absolutely loved getting to know them as we worked together, and I was so honored when they asked me to be their wedding photographer in November.

Ari and I met to discuss her vision for their wedding day and the elements that she needed in her photography coverage. Their ceremony was intimate with their closest family and friends, so we created a customized photography package that covered the highlights of the day.

Their November wedding was held at the Back To Nature Garden Center in Augusta, GA. No detail was overlooked in the decor and I was absolutely obsessed with their color palette which was full of warm autumnal pastels and golds.

Ari and Javon booked me for three hours of wedding photography coverage at the Back To Nature Garden Center in Augusta, GA. I began the day capturing elegant detail shots of the décor and ceremony space, ensuring every thoughtful touch was documented. When Ari arrived, the bridal glow was undeniable, and I photographed a few timeless bridal portraits before guests took their seats.

The wedding ceremony was both beautiful and emotional, with Ari and Javon’s heartfelt, handwritten vows bringing tears to more than a few eyes. As they recessed down the aisle as newlyweds, their loved ones surrounded them with hugs, laughter, and warm congratulations.

Afterward, we moved into family formals, candid groom portraits, and romantic golden-hour couple portraits—just as the sun dipped low and painted the venue in soft, dreamy light. When night fell, the space continued to glow with candlelight and the cozy warmth of outdoor heaters.

Since group photos with their friends and family were a top priority, we captured those during the early moments of the reception before diving into the celebration. I wrapped up my coverage with Ari and Javon’s first dance, a sweet cake cutting, and a few dramatic flash-lit portraits—leaving them to dance the night away surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.
