After you submit an inquiry, we’ll connect to discuss your business, goals, vision, and how you plan to use your images.
This ensures your session is rooted in strategy, not just aesthetics.

Step 2: Scheduling
Once you pick the session, add-ons, and location, I will send over a contract and invoice.
Your first payment is a 50% deposit that secures your date, books a studio (if needed) and starts the planning process with me!
Final payment will be due 7 days prior to your session. Custom payment plans are also available.

Step 3: Strategy & Planning
Once booked, we dive into the details. You will receive a detailed branding photography questionnaire.
This questionnaire will help you define your brand messaging, ideal client, content needs, and wardrobe.
I’ll put together s vision board/shot list and provide any guidance you need to help you feel prepared
and confident before session day.

Step 4: Session Day!
On the day of your session, you show up ready to step into your brand.
I guide you through posing, movement, and natural interactions so your images feel polished yet authentic.
We capture a variety of headshots, lifestyle imagery, and strategic content tailored to your marketing needs.

Step 5: Editing & Delivery
After your session, I get to work on your gallery.
I start by culling and backing up your photos, then I edit your preview.
Within 1 week of your session you will receive an edited preview of your wedding day, which is typically 10+ images.
Within 3 weeks, you’re entire gallery will be at your finger tips and ready to help you update your business.

Many clients return for updated sessions or join ongoing visual media packages to keep their brand current and aligned year-round. Visual media packages are available in monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly options at a discounted rate.
